Peter Horne is part of a team who consider themselves makers of very luxurious toys for a very exclusive client base, whose budgets range run from millions to tens of millions of dollars, euros or huan. Sailing yachts, power yachts, even a carbon fiber-hulled attack boat for the U.S. Navy, have emerged from Hodgdon’s yard in East Booth Bay, Maine over the company’s five-generation history.

Despite its obvious laurels, this world-class boat builder isn’t idly drifting along. The company’s leadership is charting a new course for the next and generations to come.
