Alphadoor
Alphadoor is an innovative panel door program for Alphacam. It enables door manufacturers to take full advantage of Alphacam, the comprehensive and fully-featured CAD/CAM system for use with Microsoft Windows platforms. Alphacam integrates with any production control software and all CNC machines.
Alphadoor provides user with a great deal of production flexibility, ensuring that even the shortest runs can be achieved without any loss of efficiency. All that is necessary is to select a door design, either from the Alphadoor extensive style library or from a company's own Alphadoor created inventory, and introduce the required parameters.
Doors and drawer fronts can be produced individually or nested to ensure optimal use of each panel.
Alphadoor also has an order-entry facility which provides information for built-in, fully-customizable bar coding and part-labeling functions, as well as for Alphadoor's reporting function, enabling the generation of production management reports.
